You make a good point - when someone dies young, they are forever frozen in our memory at that place.

It always makes me sad when people have the opportunity of a long life, and they don't appreciate the treasure that is their children, grandchildren, and maybe even great grandchildren. So sad...

This was one of my 'resolutions' for this year! So far I've been doing pretty well, got 5 birthdays and one valentine and one condolence done. I'm planning for it to carry thru March ( ;) ;) ), and HOPING I can make it thru Christmas and actually send cards this year. don't expect anything tho.

Oh, my we do have to talk. I got an iPhone for Christmas and have been adding apps. Have you seen Dragon Dictation? You can dictate and then cut and paste into email or text. It's amazing. We'll have to compare apps when we get together....soon!
